Once your body forgets about it, you don't crave it. I've bought the brand, 'Follow Your Heart' vegan gourmet cheese and it's okay. It doesn't contain casein at all, so even though it says that it melts it really doesn't. In fact the only time I can get it to melt is to slice it up and stick it straight in the frying pan. I'll let it get a little melty then I'll put it on some chips for nachos. That actually tastes pretty good, but that's about the only way I can eat it. I don't know where you can get it in Edmond- maybe just Akins. Kel has gotten the sour cream and cream cheese at that little health food store on the corner of 15th and Blvd. Good luck!
